Void fill at your fingertips
A popular, compact paper converter which fits easily into even the most restricted packing area, the FillPak TT is especially suited to pack stations where one or more employees require unspecified amounts of void fill instantly.
Frequently installed with several units operating simultaneously, either one per work station or one per two work stations, the TT is available as both a table top and stand-alone unit, with battery operated versions available for working in more remote locations, where electric outlets are not available.
The TT is simply operated by a footswitch that controls the volume of material produced. The system is high speed, using single-ply fan-fold paper which it converts at up to 1.4m/sec. Speed can be maximized when paper from boxes is taped together, ensuring continuous running without changeover downtime.
FillPak TTc – FillPak TT with cut mechanism
FillPak TT with cut mechanism converts 38 cm, fanfold Kraft paper into a PaperStar configuration, for fast and efficient void filling, automating the manual process of tearing the required length of paper at the perforation and therefore making it easier to use for the packer.
In addition to adding a cut mechanism to the FillPak TT, the upgrade also gives
the operator the ability to pre-set paper lengths via Electronic Delivery
System (EDS) mode. The unit can be set up to dispense void fill material in
lengths of 30 cm up to 3 meters.
The TT with cut mechanism has the same small footprint as the regular FillPak
TT and can be easily adapted to any packing environment or integrated into
areas with limited space.
