Ecoline Recycled Paper
Ecoline (2 ply 75/75gr) has been launched to meet the need in the market for a more price competitive product than our main Senior product: 2 ply 70/70gr, without having to make extensive concessions on the pad quality and retaining good cushioning performance.
Having the ‘Ecoline’ in our product portfolio gives the flexibility of a reliable alternative depending on your requirements.

The Ecoline consists of 100% recycled material
Pads created with Ecoline are softer than Kraft paper, which is sometimes preferred by users

Test results
The Ecoline 2-ply 75/75gr has been tested extensively and is running very well on both our PPC5 and PPC3 machines
Ecoline paper can be used without adjusting the machine
Packaging engineering tests have shown that the cushioning performance of Ecoline varies from 0 - 20% less compared to 70/70 Kraft, depending mainly on the size/weight of the packaged product
From end users who are used to working with our standard Kraft paper, we received the feedback that the Ecoline is softer. Due to this aspect, during field tests they have used 20 - 30% more Ecoline paper compared to Kraft for the same applications. This increase in paper usage is mainly because of the different perception in quality because it is softer.
