Fully programmable, high volume pad converter
The PadPak Senior Converter is ideal for high volume and labour-intensive packaging operations, being supplied as a stand-alone unit, integrated into a packing station operation or built into a production line.
This highly flexible unit can convert either 2 or 3-ply paper into cushioning pads that can be produced on-demand, or automatically pre-produced into a bin.
The Senior can also be pre-programmed to produce a range of pads of differing lengths to enable the effective packing of complex products. The system is supplied with a handy remote control clearly showing information on all machine functions and settings and comes with an adjustable stand which enables it to be rotated from vertical to horizontal positions in 15° increments.
