Every part of the FillPak’s design, from the height of the machine, to its speed and operation has been designed to maximize throughput and minimize cost in a high-speed void fill operation.
Single-ply fan-fold Kraft paper allows the system to operate at extremely fast speeds, with virtually no ramp-up time. The unique pack design allows 5 packs, or potentially a day’s production, to be stacked, taped together, and converted for efficient operation with minimal downtime.
The FillPak can also be operated hands-free, with the operator using a footswitch to control paper output.
